Having had a 25 week prem baby, I needed to put my 1yo into nursery quicker than planned. Many local nurserys were full, could not show me round and wanted vast up front fees.
Bright starts were very empathetic to my daughters emotional needs with seperation anxiety, affordable fees (no hidden charges for admin or taster days), shown me round same day I enquired with lots of information and managed to accomodate 2 days and booked taster sessions promptly.
My daughter settled very quickly into nurserys simple routines & built a great bond with staff. I love letters asking childs intrest that month and her daily record book for communication. I have really seen her confidence develop, with great focus on education it is also a very relaxed fun environment with amazing staff, rooms & toys.
